Accommodation Listing Guide on Bookerty

Listing your property on Bookerty is quick, easy, and user-friendly for every Host. Follow the steps below to create a complete and attractive presentation of your space:

  1. Log in to Bookerty
    • Visit https://bookerty.gr.
    • Log in to the platform using your credentials. If you don't have an account, you can easily create a new one by clicking the "Sign Up" button.
  2. Go to the "Host" tab
    • From the menu at the top of the page, click on the "Host" tab.
    • From the menu “My Properties”, click the "Add Property" button to start the listing process.
  3. Fill in the basic information about your Property
    • Select the type of property and fill in the main features, such as how many guests it can host, its name, description, and the base nightly rate.
  4. Add photos
    • You can upload up to 50 photos of your accommodation. Choose clear, high-resolution photos that best showcase the details of your space!
    • You must upload at least 5 photos for your listing to be published.
  5. Accommodation Amenities
    • Carefully select the amenities you offer to your guests during their stay.
    • Make sure the information is accurate. For example, amenities like Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and parking significantly influence guests' preferences, so it's important not to omit any!
  6. Select the location of the accommodation
    • Enter the address or location of your accommodation — use the map for accuracy!
  7. Display Phone Number
    • In the last step of the listing, you'll find the option "Enable Contact Details."
    • If you wish to display your contact details to users completely free for direct phone bookings until early 2026, you can add your contact details at this step!
  8. Complete the listing
    • Fill in all the required information and click the "Save" button at the top right of the page.
    • Don’t forget to click “Publish” in the “My Listings” menu. You’re all set — your property has been successfully published on Bookerty!
    • If you later want to edit any of your listings, you can easily do so by selecting the edit button found on each listing in the "My Properties" tab.
