The Bookerty Auction System is a flexible and dynamic booking tool, designed to serve both Hosts and Guests.
Hosts will be able to maximize their profits, especially during high-demand periods, while Guests will have the opportunity to secure accommodations during periods when they are hard to find!
How it works:
For Hosts
Hosts will have the ability to create accommodation auctions, choosing the desired dates for which they can accept offers from interested guests.
For Guests
Guests will be able to participate in auctions for properties that interest them and submit offers within a specific timeframe. At the end of the time limit, the guest with the highest offer will win the booking.
The ability to participate in auctions will allow them to compete for accommodations that might have already been booked through the traditional booking method.
